  • Use third party software platform to manage tournaments and events.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments made for memberships, event entries, or merchandise:

  • Must be made using approved payment channels
  • Are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or required by law
  • May be subject to processing fees or administrative charges

If an event is cancelled, the Federation will communicate the applicable refund or credit policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, text, images, documents, rankings, graphics, and systems—is the property of Pickleball Federation of South Africa unless otherwise indicated.
